OPLGA Holds Successful Club Championship and Governors' Cup
The Ocean Pines Ladies' Golf Association hosted two fun days of golf and two tournaments on Sept. 28 and 29 at Ocean Pines Golf Club.
For the first round, played on Sept. 28, ten golfers played the back 9 in the Club Championship.
On Sept. 29, those players, joined by six more, more played the front 9. The scores from that day were used to complete the Club Championship (an 18-hole low gross event) as well as for the annual Governors' Cup tournament (a 9-hole low net event).
OPLGA Member-Member Tournament Winners Announced
The Ocean Pines Ladies Golf Association held its Member-Member Tournament on Aug. 25. Ten teams competed in the Pinehurst (Chapman) format and enjoyed brunch at The Clubhouse Bar and Grille after.

"Sand Dawgs" Help with Course Maintenance
The "Sand Dawgs" a group of Ocean Pines golf members who regularly assist with golf course maintenance by filling divots, were out this week sanding the fairways.
OPMGA Hosts Senior and Super Senior Championship
The Ocean Pines Men's Golf Association held its Senior and Super Senior Championship on Saturday, Aug. 15.

OPMGA Holds Member-Member Tournament
Forty-eight Ocean Pines Men's Golf Association members participated in the 2020 Member-Member Championship on Saturday, July 18 at the Ocean Pines Golf Club.The team of Al Fasulo and Joe Pantone bested the field with a first-place score of 67 for 18 holes. The event featured scramble, better ball and alternate shot formats.
