Claret Jug Classic at the OP Golf Club July 19
(June 23, 2026) The Ocean Pines Golf Club will host the Claret Jug Classic on Saturday, July 19, with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
The tournament will feature 18 holes with two player teams. Each player will utilize a spinning wheel to select one Open Championship professional before play begins, with the team score being combined with the scores of the selected professionals. The team with the lowest combined total wins.
A brunch buffet and Open Championship Watch Party will follow play.
Prizes include Pro Shop gift cards, Touch of Italy gift cards, and engraved Claret Jug Classic beer mugs for the winning team.
Registration is $45 per player for golf members and $95 per player for non-members. Spots are limited, so players are encouraged to register early.

Family Golf Day April 19
(March 3, 2026) The Ocean Pines Golf Club will host a Family Golf Day on Sunday, April 19, with tee times starting at 2:30 p.m.
All nine holes of the course will be converted into par 3s to create a family-friendly format designed to be fun and welcoming for players of all skill levels.
Registration is $40 and includes greens fees, a cart, and prizes. Juniors may play for free with a paying adult; additional juniors can participate for $15 each.

Shamrock Scramble at OP Golf Club March 14
(February 19, 2026) The Ocean Pines Golf Club will host a Shamrock Scramble Golf Tournament on Saturday, March 14, with an 8:15 a.m. shotgun start.
The tournament will use a two-player team format. Players can test their luck of the Irish at check-in with the “Shamrock Advantages Draw Station”.
The registration fee is $25 per player and includes entry into the prize fund, a draft beer, and your choice of a Reuben sandwich or hot dog following play. Members will pay their applicable greens and cart fees, while non-members may participate for a $45 greens and cart fee, payable on the day of play.

(March 4, 2026) Enter the Ocean Pines Golf Club Prize Draw for a chance to win a variety of prizes, including lessons, merchandise, and more.
Prizes include a $50 gift certificate to the Ocean Pines Yacht Club, 60-minute group lessons for four with Director of Golf Matt Ruggiere, a Ruggiere Golf Academy hoodie, an on-course playing lesson with Assistant Professional John O’Connor, and additional golf-related items.
Any receipt totaling more than $90 in merchandise will be entered into the drawing. Purchases of range balls, custom orders, greens fees, and cart fees are not eligible.
Winners will be drawn during the week of the Masters on Monday, April 6.
